Commission & Remuneration Disclosure

As an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor, Apexaura Wealth (ARN-245227) earns a trail commission from fund houses on investments made through us in Regular Plan mutual fund schemes. This commission is embedded in the fund's expense ratio and does not represent an additional direct charge to the investor.

The trail commission rate varies by fund house and scheme category. Full disclosure of commissions earned is provided to clients at the time of investment and is also available on request at any time.

Direct Plans of mutual funds carry a lower expense ratio as they do not include distributor commissions. Investors who wish to invest directly without a distributor may do so. We do not deal in Direct Plans.

Conflict of Interest

As a mutual fund distributor, we earn commissions from fund houses, which may create a potential conflict of interest between our interests and those of our clients. We mitigate this conflict by:

• Recommending products based on suitability to the client's goals and risk profile, not on commission rates
• Providing full upfront disclosure of all commissions earned
• Informing clients of the availability of Direct Plans and the associated cost savings
• Maintaining transparency in all our dealings and recommendations

Client Categorisation

We serve retail individual investors, High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), and families seeking financial planning services. We do not provide portfolio management services (PMS) requiring SEBI registration under the PMS regulations.
